An Indian cocktail ring in the arsi style featuring a large heart-shaped head. The face of the ring contains a central heart-shaped blue glass or enamel medallion inset with a single pear-shaped flat-cut polki diamond. This central element is surrounded by ten teardrop-shaped polki diamonds, all held in gold foil kundan settings. The outer edge of the head is finished with a wire-wrapped fringe consisting of turquoise beads, red spinel or ruby beads, and small white seed pearls. The reverse of the ring head is decorated with polychrome minakari enamel depicting floral motifs in red, green, and blue against a white ground. The gold band is of open-back construction and is ornamented with two rows of small circular red stones set between blue and gold enamel borders and twisted wirework.
