A trio of carved Mughal beryl emerald gemstones. The group comprises one circular ring and a matching pair of teardrop-shaped plaques. The circular ring is carved with a six-petalled flower head motif around a central aperture, with further foliate details on the reverse. The matching pair of teardrop-shaped plaques are decorated with a stylized floral and scrolling leaf design on the obverse and a geometric cross-hatched diamond pattern on the reverse. The stones are translucent with a medium-light to saturated green colour and exhibit natural internal fractures and inclusions.
