The animal is rendered with its head raised and turned upwards, featuring prominent bulbous eyes, a broad nose, and a mane detailed with rows of fine, parallel incised lines. Its front paws are tucked forward, and its tail is curled neatly over the hindquarters. The stone is of a pale, creamy-white tone with a subtle translucency, exhibiting natural areas of yellowish-brown russet skin and small dark mineral inclusions throughout. The underside of the base is flat with an irregular, heavily pitted surface.
