The goddess is portrayed seated in the lalitasana posture of royal ease upon a single lotus throne, with her right foot resting on an individual lotus blossom extending from the base. Her right hand is lowered in the varada mudra of boon-granting, while her left hand is raised to the chest in the vitarka mudra of teaching. Two flowering stalks of lotus rise from the base to frame her shoulders. The figure is elaborately adorned with traditional bodhisattva jewellery, including a five-pointed foliate crown, large earrings, multiple necklaces, armlets, and anklets, many of which are inset with turquoise cabochons. A single red coral bead is positioned at the centre of the waistband. Her face displays a serene expression with downcast eyes and a raised urna. A detachable openwork scrolling aureole is fitted behind the head.
