The coral beads are separated by various silver-toned metal spacers, including small spheres, ribbed disks, and larger spherical beads decorated with ornate filigree and granulation. The central feature is a complex tassel pendant composed of multiple strands of coiled metal wire, some terminating in small spherical drops. The beads are strung on a dark cord and the piece is finished with a brass-toned spring ring clasp. The metal components show a significant dark patina.
