It features a globular form with a wide, slightly flared neck and a single vertical loop handle, resting on a low, tapering foot. The decoration is executed in the lustre technique, with golden-brown metallic motifs applied over an off-white tin-based glaze. The central register of the body is adorned with a continuous frieze of pseudo-Kufic calligraphy and scrolling foliate patterns, punctuated by large circular medallions. The neck is decorated with a band of vertical strokes between concentric horizontal lines.
