The vessel is decorated in cobalt blue, turquoise, and raised red enamels on a white ground, featuring traditional Ottoman motifs such as serrated Saz leaves, floral rosettes, and a large foliate medallion. Scrolling wave-pattern borders with red dots define the upper and lower margins. The interior and base are finished with a pale turquoise-tinted glaze.
