A silver bowl of rounded form featuring intricate repousse and chased decoration. The interior base is set with a central circular medallion depicting a stag with prominent branching antlers, enclosed within a border of repeating palmettes and scrolling foliage. The walls are ornamented with six oval medallions, each containing a single animal in relief, including a lion, a horse, a bull, a ram, and two hounds. These medallions are separated by scrolling acanthus-like foliage and framed by concentric bands of raised beading. A small impressed indentation is located at the centre of the stag medallion, functioning as a centring mark from the manufacturing process.
