The vessel is of conical form with a flared rim and a small, raised ring foot. It is decorated with underglaze painting in cobalt blue and a chromite or manganese-based black pigment under a transparent alkaline glaze. The interior well features a cantered eight-petaled rosette medallion in blue outlined in black, with two concentric dark bands bordering the interior rim. The glaze shows a fine network of crazing and a pale green wash on one side of the interior base. The exterior is decorated with vertical radiating panels defined by thin black lines, each containing a stylized floral motif with a central black stem and blue dots, terminating in a trilobed blossom. The cobalt blue pigment shows characteristic diffusion into the glaze.
