This embroidered textile skullcap, identified as a dervish hat, is composed of a dark brown base fabric embellished with gold-toned threadwork. The crown features a radial arrangement of calligraphic motifs, while the side panel is decorated with lobed medallions containing Arabic inscriptions, including references to Imam Husayn (ابن علي حسين امام). These medallions are set against a dense background of geometric step-pattern embroidery. A braided cord finishes the upper perimeter of the side wall. The interior is lined with an orange-gold fabric.
