Description
Each vase is composed of a tapered clear glass vessel set upon a square, hollow ruby glass pedestal base. The clear glass bodies are decorated with gilt rococo scrollwork framing a central white enamel cameo-style profile portrait of a woman, which is backed by a ruby glass medallion. The deep red bases are further embellished with gilt scrolling motifs and floral garlands. The items are constructed in two parts with the vessel joined to the pedestal.
