Description
A Chinese red and black lacquer cabinet of rectangular form featuring two hinged doors above a stationary lower panel. The front is decorated with gilt landscape scenes depicting mountains, pagodas, and figures, all framed by a floral scroll border. The lower section is adorned with a central floral spray. The cabinet is fitted with a shaped brass lock plate with a horizontal sliding bolt and twin ring pulls. The top and sides are finished in black lacquer, while the back consists of dark stained wood panels.
