The composition is organized into multiple horizontal decorative bands. The central band contains three cartouches with stylized Arabic calligraphy in dark blue script, translating to religious invocations including Ya Hayy Ya Qayyum (O Ever-Living, O Self-Subsisting). The reverse shows the structural weave and the carry-over of threads.
