A Persian steel brazier and matching rectangular tray from the Qajar period. The assembly features a rectangular frame with intricate openwork pierced with arabesque and floral patterns, surrounding a central recessed bowl for hot coals or incense. The frame is supported by four integrated legs ending in stylized animal-head finials, possibly depicting felines. The exterior surfaces are decorated with gold-inlaid damascened scrolling foliate motifs and prominent Persian inscriptions in Nasta’liq script across the front panels.
