Description
This Indo-Persian crescent-shaped axe head, known as a tabarzin, is crafted from chiseled steel and reflects the decorative style of the Qajar period. The blade features intricate floral and foliate motifs across both faces. A central rectangular socket is surmounted by a decorative, stylized bird-like crest and exhibits faint engraved geometric patterns.
