Description
This Syrian ethnographic dagger features a single-edged curved steel blade with hand-engraved geometric patterns, including diamond and chevron motifs along its length. The hilt is constructed with stacked layers of dark horn and light-colored bone. One side of the handle displays more elaborate decorative work than the reverse, featuring checkerboard bone inlays and small colored circular accents in red and green. The assembly is finished with a brass guard and a matching brass pommel cap featuring stamped circular patterns.
