Description
An Indo-Persian recurve bow constructed of steel. The object features a central bulbous grip flanked by two symmetrical limbs that taper toward recurved tips with integral string nocks. The surface is decorated with gold damascened (koftgari) inlay, featuring a series of stylized floral and star-shaped motifs set against a ground of foliate scrollwork. The steel displays a dark, aged patina. A small white identification tag is attached to the central grip.
