A classical Arabic manuscript of Mukhtasar al-Quduri, one of the most authoritative and widely studied texts of Hanafi Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh). The work summarizes rulings on worship, transactions, marriage, inheritance, and other areas of law. This fine 16th-century copy is written in black naskh script with red headings, reflecting the scholarly manuscript tradition of early Ottoman-era Islamic law.
