The shank tests as 14 ct white gold and the head tests as 18ct white gold set with 4 sapphires surrounded with diamonds with the diamonds having an approximate carat size of approx 0.4 carats. The diamond colour is approximately L/M and colour SI 2. Condition good.
The head measures 2.3 cm x 1.1 cm approx.
