Description
A finely worked silver surahi of globular form with a tall tapering neck, surmounted by a domed stopper attached with a chain. The neck terminates in a sculpted animal-head finial, likely an elephant. The rounded body is richly chased with scenes of caparisoned elephants and riders among trees and foliage, framed by decorative borders.
