Of tapering cylindrical form rising from a short tubular stem with flaring circular foot, the element is worked in gilt copper (tombak) and densely decorated with engraved and tooled arabesques of scrolling foliage. The body is divided into vertical panels, each filled with intertwining floral sprays, bordered by bands of vegetal ornament at the rim and base.
