Description
A silver Epergne comprises a central bowl elevated on a flared foot, from which extend four elegantly arched arms suspending matching scalloped-edge baskets. Each vessel features intricate pierced floral and foliate niello work, harmoniously unified by the flowing curves of the composition. Possibly originating from Iraq in the early to mid-20th century.
